By indenture of lase of this date made between the Right Worshipful George Peacock, doctor in Divinity, Dean of the Cathedral Church, Ely, John Gregson of Angel Court, Throgmorton, Street in City of London, and James Cooper the younger of Waterloo place Pall Mall in city of Middlesex, clk, mercer of the other part

Whereas the Dean of the Cathedral Church and Chapter of same church of the one part and Sophia Haylock of West Street Hackney in the city of Middlesex, widow of the or part for the divers other good causes and ....The the chapter dEan parties did demise grant and to farm let unto John Gregon and Joe Cooper their escors all that their Rectory House in West Wratting also with the close of pasture of fields adjoing contain by estimate one acre.

29 Sep 1840 by the date between Sophia Woollnough of Twickenham in the city of Middlesex....

Note: Question - It is believed that Sophia Haylock, was widow of Charles Edward Haylock, son of George Haylock and Elizabeth Brown Haylock (who married thomas Norfolk)
